Lucki's in Freising

I have been going to Lucki’s for a number of years now and the last couple of times I’ve come back extremely disappointed. The restaurant is fortunate that there is very little competition in Freising. The food and service is nothing special. I use the word restaurant very liberally as Lucki’s is more like a fast food joint than a sit down restaurant.

The taste is average, the fried pho is not pho, it's just a noodle, with a bunch of raw bean sprouts and salad dishes, it's a bit sweet

Price-performance A bit expensive, but now and then you can treat yourself to something here. It's cheaper at lunchtime. service Attentive and friendly. the atmosphere Cozy, lively. It's not a large restaurant and it is well attended, so it's best to make reservations at peak times, and if it's warm enough you can sit in a small outdoor area. eat Delicious! :-) other * So far only cash payments are possible! * Inside you sit on high stools.

Portions could be a bit larger and other payment options (currently only cash payments possible) would be desirable

Food is great as always! In terms of ventilation, distance, disinfectants, taking in people in signs of Corona, there is still a lot of catching up to do

Fine food served by attentive service. Inside you sit on stools, outside you sit on real chairs. Not cheap in price but just about reasonable.

Lucki's uses preservatives and flavor enhancers ... Of course, with such agents, every food tastes good, if you read the previous reviews. For me, that has nothing to do with authentic Asian food.

The food is okay for an Asian restaurant, but the price / performance ratio is inadequate! In addition, you do not feel that you are in good hands in this restaurant and that you are not wanted, and above all the owner is extremely rude! Card payment is unfortunately not possible here either!

The very portions were filling in themselves. Unfortunately, all three different dishes tasted completely the same. It was very thin and some of the ingredients were burnt. The price / performance ratio is absolutely inadequate. In addition, the service is insufficient.

The best Thai in Freising and the surrounding area for years. Interesting and varied dishes, nice service and more recently with some seats in the courtyard.

Not only do all dishes taste really great, the service is also incredibly good, friendly and competent. Even if I had to remove a star because of the lack of comfort, the quality and the good atmosphere make up for it ...

The food was very aromatic and tasted really good. The portions are powerful and we went absolutely full. This was probably also because we would have chosen the starter plate for 2. This was also absolutely delicious.

I can only recommend it. Waiting times can currently arise.

Best Asian in Freising

Excellent food that you absolutely recommend. It is a pity that you have to go so fast. Almost every hour changes the reservation. That will quickly get uncomfortable. But the food is really outstanding.

Small restaurant with great food for a good price. It is especially nice in the summer when you can sit outside. In the spices, I would like to wish something more Asian sharpness. But that is complain at a high level and you can also be ordered in the operation.

Good atmosphere and good taste

Very tasty and authentic. For years we are regular customers. The food is always nicely decorated. Absolute hit is Bun-Ton soup (is not always in the menu). Great food from the summer menu - u.a. various salads with very tasty sauces. Portions are big. The only downside is sitting on the high stools on long tables ... In the summer you can sit outside (normal chairs and tables).

Good food, lack of comfort seating, and cash only pay

Food tastes very good. The ambience takes some getting used to, when you sit so close to each other. Prices at lunch very good, especially with very good soup. In the evening a bit too high for my taste. With price increases in recent years. MMn the courts would have to be staggered more. Everything costs almost the same. The boss could also smile. The food is good, fresh ingredients, nothing from the bag. Noon clear recommendation, in the evening high prices. Nice in the summer, food outside possible.

Nice food and fairly reasonably priced. I would have given four stars except for the fact that asking for tap water seems to illicit a big longwinded story about water quality and how bottled is best, and I was unable to pay using my debit card as they are cash only...so off I had to trudge in the rain looking for an ATM.

Simply amazing!!!

We visited this Asian restaurant after a recommendation from a friend and we expected to enjoy a nice dinner there but everything went wonderfully wrong . Even though we had already made a reservation we found ourselves sitting in a corner of a counter table sharing it with two others totally strangers . We are vegetarians and we made that clear to the waitress while we were looking on the menu so imagine our surprise when we ended up to look at our plate and realized that it had pork with shrimps . The most disappointing fact was that the waitress not only didn’t apologize for the wrong order but also insisted that my partner- a British native speaker -didn’t read the English menu properly and therefore it was his mistake the wrong order . So we had to wait for the new correct order this time while my dish was getting colder and colder served in a chipped plate but I was so sick and tired of the whole situation so I remained silent waiting . Our ordeal ended up having to pay for three dishes because the manager didn’t have the slightest of intention to keep his promise to us that he would charged us the half of the price of the wrong order at the beginning of this incident . It was the first time we experienced such an unprofessional behavior of the staff and of a manager of a restaurant and we left this place with great disappointment.

Good food and friendly service. Some of the staff even spoke English, which my group really appreciated. We ordered a variety of dishes. They were out of a few things we wanted to order, so that was disappointing. But what we were able to order, we enjoyed

We stayed in Bavaria 5 weeks and we came back to this place 4 or 5 times. The quality and service were amazing, and it is located in a fun, lively square.

Take out experience - ordered vegetable noodles (#15) from the menu. The price/food quality ratio is really off. The dish was basically noodles with just a few carrot shavings and some onions. Maybe one or two pieces of broccoli as well. For the price, much better quality was expected. Dish #19 had glass noodles and a greater variety of vegetables, yet the flavour of the dish was 3/10.
